Vaccinations and Health

• All dogs must be up to date on vaccinations, including rabies, Bordetella, distemper, parvo, and leptospirosis.
• Dogs should be healthy and free from contagious conditions, including fleas and ticks.
• An annual negative fecal test is required.
• No sick or injured dogs are allowed.

Collars and Tags

• All dogs must wear a collar with visible identification and current rabies tags.
• No choke, prong, spike, or electric collars are allowed inside the off-leash area.

Behavior

• Aggressive dogs are not allowed.
• If your dog exhibits any aggressive behavior, you must immediately leash and remove your dog from the facility. No refunds will be given.

Age and Spay/Neuter

• Puppies under 4 months are not allowed.
• All dogs over the age of 4 months must be spayed or neutered.

Leashes

• Dogs must be leashed when entering and exiting the facility.
• Once inside, they may be off-leash but must be under voice control at all times.
• No retractable leashes are allowed.
• Harnesses MUST be removed prior to entry.
• Dogs are only to be unleashed in the areas indicated.

Age

• Children under the age of 17 must be accompanied by an adult.
• Children must be supervised at all times and should avoid running or approaching unfamiliar dogs.
• Children under the age of 8 are not permitted.

Owner of Multiple Dogs

• Each adult may supervise a maximum of 3 dogs at a time.
• Must be the owner of all dogs.
• Dogs must all be from the same household.

Clean Up After Your Dog

• Owners must clean up after their dog(s).
• Waste bags are provided throughout the park for your convenience.
• Please dispose of waste in the designated bins.

Supervision

• Dogs must always be supervised by their owners. Owners must stay within view and be able to control their dog(s) with voice commands.

No Food, Treats, or Toys

• Do not bring treats or dog food into the park. Treats can lead to fights between dogs.
• Human food is permitted on the patio only.
• Dogs must be leashed on the patio.
• Outside toys from home are not allowed. Dogs can get possessive over their own toys, and a fight can occur.

Respect Property

• Use of our equipment and areas must be respectful to others and our property.

No Smoking, Alcohol, or Glass

• Smoking, vaping, and glass containers are prohibited within the dog park.
• No outside alcohol is permitted.
• Alcohol is available for purchase to those guests who are 21 and older. A valid ID must be presented.
• Must be 21 years old to enter the beverage room.

Barking and Noise Control

• Excessive barking must be controlled to avoid disturbing neighbors and other park users.

Rule Violations

• Failure to follow park rules may result in temporary or permanent expulsion from the park without refunds.

Owner Liability

• Owners are always legally responsible for the actions and behavior of their dog(s).
• Any injuries or damages caused by your dog(s) are your responsibility.
